The Independent Living Center of Southeast Missouri (ILCSM) is a community-based, nonprofit, nonresidential organization adhering to our philosophy of consumer control. We are committed to working with individuals with any type of disability, regardless of race,color,national origin, sex, age, or religion. Our service area is rural and includes the counties of Butler, Carter, Ripley, and Wayne.

ILCSM (Independent Living Center of Southeast Missouri) in cooperation with University of Missouri, Kansas City Institute for Human Development is asking persons with disabilities to call in to get a survey on the Ticket to Work Program.
